A direct explanation of the two Meta permissions used by our service inbox.
Information for business administrators and reviewers
What the application does
The application is an inbox used by our staff. It receives messages sent to a connected WhatsApp Business number, lets a staff member reply, shows delivery status, and provides a screen for that account's message templates.
Staff sign in at https://mpl.marialvolopes.com.br/. The domain is different because all three company websites use the same private service system.

Account and templates
This permission is used when the business administrator chooses the company's WhatsApp assets in Meta's connection screen.
Read the selected WhatsApp Business Account and phone number IDs.
Retrieve, create, and show message templates and their review status.
Show which account is currently connected.
whatsapp_business_messaging
Messages in the inbox
This permission is used for the conversation shown to the staff member.
Send a reply from the connected business number.
Receive messages and media sent to that number.
Show sent, delivered, read, or failed status.
Data kept for the connected account
The inbox stores the selected business account and phone-number IDs, template content and status, customer phone identifiers, message text and media, timestamps, and delivery events. That information is used to show the conversation, send replies, and keep message status up to date.
We do not ask for a personal Meta password, sell Meta data, or use it for unrelated advertising. The business administrator can disconnect the account and use our published deletion process.
Two permissions
We request only WhatsApp account management and messaging.
Staff login
Each system user signs in and receives access according to their job.
Server-side tokens
Connection tokens are kept on the server and are not shown on public pages.
App Review access
The private App Review submission contains the test login, prepared test assets, video, and step-by-step instructions. Passwords are not published here.
No partnership claim
Meta and WhatsApp are the third-party services connected to the application. We do not claim certification, endorsement, partnership, or prior approval by Meta.
